B&A Group Covid 19 Statement
B&A Group is now open again after the business closed in March in response to the Covid 19 outbreak. We were one of the first companies in our sector to close in our region and did so to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, their families, and the wider community.
During the period of closure, we have been reviewing all aspects of our business procedures, in line with advice provided by the Construction leadership Council, to ensure we are able to operate safely and fully comply with government guidance. With most of our colleagues either furloughed or working from home. Our Covid 19 risk assessment has resulted in the introduction of robust measures that will enable us to uphold our duty of care to our employees and serve our customers working on key infrastructure and housing projects, safely, responsibly and with confidence in the supply of transport & recycled aggregates, quarried aggregates & earthwork projects.
The Covid 19 situation is fast moving, we are continuously reviewing our response to it and adapting our procedures so we can fulfil our obligations without compromising the national effort to limit the spread of the virus. With all our supply chain partners adopting the same approach we hope that together we can assist in boosting the economy and coming out of this crisis stronger and more resilient.
