From this point, we build on the data from the site investigation to recommend onward practical steps to get your project out of the ground. We offer a complete sequential service from identifying ground conditions right through to full material management. This could be a combination of reuse of materials, remedial solutions and disposal offsite.

Brownfield Site Appraisal

B&A Contracting has more than 30 years’ experience in brownfield regeneration. We have invaluable knowledge and experience in land remediation and dealing with the challenges posed by the legacy of the UK's significant industrial heritage.

Materials Reuse

B&A Contracting can provide you with Qualified Persons, registered under the CL:AIRE Code of Practice (CoP). Through (qualified) use of this CoP, we can help you move excavated materials between sites for reuse. Promoting sustainable development of land, this system provides a practical and cost-effective alternative to Environmental Permits or Waste Exemptions.

From initial overview through to writing and administering the Materials Management Plan and then undertaking the movement and placement through our sister Transport & Recycling division
