Cut and fill
Cut & Fill Operations

When your project necessitates the reworking of ground levels to meet your requirements a cut and fill operation will likely be necessary. Using this approach at B&A we can assist in getting the ground ready for your building or infrastructure.

Cut and fill is a sustainable solution where suitable soils are reused on site to achieve the required landform. Using our experience and expertise we are often able to treat contaminated and geotechnically challenged soils to allow their reuse within the proposed design.

Our Process

Once we have understood the required amendments to the current ground level our team of qualified specialists will arrange the required equipment to achieve the correct levels. Using earthmoving plant with GPS machine control enables us to excavate and place materials to the required landform using 3D digital terrain modelling.

This approach ensures precision in even the largest of cut and fill operations. Not only does the use of GPS increase this but also reduces the chance of human error.
