Happy 2nd Birthday to B&A Stone Supplies!
Back in February 2020, in line with our overall growth and development plans, we launched B&A Stone Supplies. As the South West’s leading supplier of recycled and quarried aggregates, the launch of a dedicated quarried aggregates division was a natural next step, allowing us to provide our customers with a fully integrated service.
As B&A Stone Supplies approaches its second birthday, we’re excited to announce some new developments. Namely, that the business is growing and expanding further into the South, becoming more active in places including Somerset, Devon, Wiltshire, Dorset and the surrounding areas.
Growing & Expanding our Reach
Reeko Best has been with B&A Stone Supplies from the beginning and will be heading up this new initiative in his brand new role as Business Development Manager (congratulations Reeko). He’ll be overseen by Division Manager Stuart Palmer, who has over 30 years experience in the aggregates industry along with B&A Group Sales Manager, Ashley Bruno.
We have a dedicated team of people, vehicles and materials to ensure this vast, busy region with a network of quarries gets serviced to the same standard as our existing area, where we have been working over the past two years.
B&A Stone Supplies can undertake any contract, regardless of size and volume, thanks to our dedicated vehicles and experienced personnel. Our customers can always expect quality materials, delivered quickly and efficiently. We use a consistent approach to ensure lead times are minimal, so our customers can expect their materials the next day.
Looking Ahead to 2022
2021 was an exciting year for B&A Stone Supplies. David Price joined us midway through the year, expanding the team. Over the course of the year, the business went from strength to strength. With our ‘supplier of choice’ drive and characteristic determination, B&A Stone Supplies doubled its performance from its first year in business. Great news, not only for B&A Group, but also for our supply chains and sub-contractors as we remained busy throughout the year, with more material and trucks required than ever before. We’re excited to see what the rest of 2022 and beyond has in store.
