Paul Coleman is one of our Plant Operators here at B&A Group. Paul has been with us for almost 10 years now and is a fundamental member of the B&A family.

As a machine operator, Paul is always on site or in our yard using heavy machinery to complete vital works on projects. The other parts of the role include setting up and maintaining our machines to ensure that everything is safe and working correctly.
No two days are the same for Paul. Due to the nature of our work, Paul travels all over the South West including Bristol, Bath, Chippenham & Weston to complete a range of projects from land remediation to flood defence and sports field developments. With such a wide range of works to complete, Paul is highly efficient in critical thinking to analyse situations and come up with the best solution.

Paul recently had the chance to go out in our Balloon, G-Jima for a once in a lifetime experience! He thoroughly enjoyed his time in the air and would recommend it to everyone. Not only does our balloon help to raise awareness for Meningitis Now and help us reach our goal of raising £100,000 for the charity but it also gives us the opportunity to reward our employees with this incredible experience. We’re hoping to see more flights take place now that the warmer weather is here to stay, be sure to keep an eye out for our balloon!
When Paul isn’t busy on site, he likes to keep active outside of work by going clay pigeon shooting. He also enjoys doing motocross with his son and going horse riding with his daughter.
