When and where?
We will start gathering at 12 noon at The City Academy (on Russell Town Avenue, Redfield, Bristol BS5 9JH.) The parade will be setting off at 1pm but it’s recommended that people arrive with plenty of time beforehand so nobody misses out.
The parade route will start up the main Church Road until we reach Blackswarth Road where we will turn right, and follow along turning right into St Patrick’s School playground.
Then the fun will continue in The Brooks Hall, this is situated on the site of St Patrick’s School. (BS5 8AS.) The afternoon will conclude around 5.30pm.
The parade will include lots of floats and music to be enjoyed by all the family. We will be joined by the amazing Gypsy’s Kiss all afternoon. There will be a bar in on site and there will be plenty of Irish stew to be eaten. There will also be Irish dancers, a bouncy castle, children’s activities and some fantastic raffle and auction prizes.
