Jade started working for B&A Group in August 2015, starting as a Payroll Assistant. Since then, Jade has moved into the Accounts department and is now working as a Group Payroll Officer & Accounting Support
Jade is a highly valued member of the team, responsible for ensuring the group payroll is administered correctly and on time. It is a key role within the company and requires diligence, integrity and exceptional organisational skills.
During the pandemic, Jade continued working through out ensuring that all our financial obligations were met and was available for our employees to answer any questions regarding payroll in relation to the furlough scheme and changes to pay during this challenging period. In addition to this Jade provided invaluable support to the Directors and accounts manager.
Jade thoroughly enjoyed working within the accounts department and excelled in every task, showing a real talent for accounting. As soon as a part time position became available within the department, Jade was the natural choice for the role.
Jade now works closely with Peter Denyard on a part time basis assisting him with the day to day book keeping activities required to ensure the finance department runs smoothly.
What Jade enjoys most about working at B&A Group is being able to talk to many different people throughout the working week. She also enjoys the fact that no one day is the same, and there are always new tasks and objectives to overcome.
Outside of work Jade enjoys seeing family and friends as much as possible. She also enjoys walking her dog and finding new places to explore. Recently Jade has started to play badminton twice a week. She has also just started a foundation degree in Payroll!
