B&A Group are thrilled to be the recipients of an £80,000 enterprise grant awarded by the West of England Growth Fund project, which is financed by HMRCs Regional Growth Fund. The grant comes as an acknowledgement of the exciting work we’re completing at our newest site.
We recently purchased this site next to our new headquarters in Hallen. At 11 acres, it has doubled the space we have to work with and allowed us to expand the scale and efficiency at which we operate.
We’re using the Hallen site to develop the largest soil-treatment facility in the South West. But that’s only the beginning. It also allows us to significantly increase our intake – both in terms of volume and variety of materials.
How B&A Group’s New Site Bolster’s Growth and Innovation
The West of England Growth Fund Grant was used to leverage investment which led to the creation of an impressive 10 new jobs in the area. The innovative infrastructure developed by our close-knit, family team is what made this possible.
We screen and crush waste materials at the site to create our recycled products. The state-of-the-art machinery that we’ve installed lets us do this at an extremely high level of efficiency without having to compromise on the quality of our final products.
With all of this extra space, we’ll also be able to upgrade staff training facilities and do an even better job of meeting our clients’ high sustainability objectives. In other words, B&A Group is on its way to becoming a one-stop shop for all aggregate and soil requirements.
